The Pause Practice: October 2026

Who You Walk With Matters

You can know a lot of people and still feel like you’re carrying life alone.

Being connected is not always the same thing as having community.

October’s Pause Practice invites you to slow down and take a closer look at the people you’re walking with, the relationships shaping you, and what meaningful community can look like in this season.

Anchored in Proverbs 13:20, this month’s reflection explores the quiet but powerful role people can play in our growth, perspective, and ability to keep moving forward.

This Edition May Be for You If:

You know plenty of people but still carry a lot on your own
You’re often the person others depend on
You’ve been thinking more intentionally about who has access to your life and growth
